First, we will discuss all your preferences together. You can choose from various sizes and decide if you would like a background colour. Your pet will be drawn as realistically as possible from a photo, so please find some lovely pictures of your pet. I prefer to work with very clear and sharp photos, as this yields the best results. To capture the best image of your dog, cat, horse, or other pet, you can send me several photos. Together, we can decide which photo is the most suitable. Through your photos and stories, I can also get to know your pet's character, ensuring it truly shines through in the drawing!

Before I start with your artwork, I ask for a deposit of 20% of the total price. This deposit ensures your place on my waiting list and reserves time just for you. The creation process always start with a sketch. Once you approve the sketch, I will proceed to create the portrait. Your drawing is crafted using professional-grade materials, ensuring it will last for many years.

Please note that there may be a waiting list (3 to 4 months on average), and some drawings might take longer than initially anticipated. It can be challenging to estimate the exact time required for each drawing. Therefore, I will keep you updated on the progress. If you need the drawing completed by a specific date, I will discuss the feasibility with you in advance.

As soon as the drawing is finished, I will notify you. Before shipping, I can share a picture of the end result if you prefer. Once I receive the remaining payment, the drawing will be shipped. The package will be securely packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Shipping costs depend on the size of the drawing and will be communicated to you in advance.

Your artwork always must be framed under glass with a framing mount (passe-partout) to keep it protected. You'll receive the artwork with a framing mount, but without a frame, as these choices can be very personal. You can go to a framing shop after you receive the artwork, or if you prefer to receive the drawing with a frame, this can be arranged by me for an additional charge.
